Creighton Peet



Creighton Peet is our executive chef extraordinaire. He is Boston born and has been in the food service industry for over 30 years. After a number of seasons on Martha'sVineyard and Cape Cod, he attended the Culinary Institute of America where he fine tuned his culinary skills. He then worked his way around the country at some of the most exclusive restaurants gaining experience and expertise.

After returning to Cape Cod, he developed a fine reputation and following at the RooBar . He and Jeff Lawrence created 285 Main Catering with the goal of offering an exclusive catering service to the loyal restaurant clients and others in the area - Creighton is the driving force behind the menu options, but as he says “whatever it is you want, we can prepare it” thus he will tailor your food choices to match your event.

All of our 285 Main Catering Chefs are hand picked and personally overseen by Creighton. He is a maestro in the art of cuisine, from take out picnics, fun holiday fare and canapé platters that look almost too good to eat!
